My name is John and I’m a PHD student looking for easy going people to share an apartment in Bica/Chiado (Lisbon).
The 4 bedrooms flat was totally renovated in 2015, as was the building, and has new furniture. It has 4 bedrooms, one large living room, one kitchen (equipped with refrigerator/freezer, washing and drier machine, dishwasher, cofee expresso machine, microwave, stove, oven, etc), and 2 bathrooms. Each room has a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. The apartment is equiped with High Speed Fiber internet, eletricity, water and gas, TV Cable with 125 channels, towels, duvet, bed linen and sheets. The flat is located in Bica, 3 minutes walking from Chiado Square and Bairro Alto, 4th and 5th floor (duplex), in the historical center of Lisbon. It is within 3 min walking distance from Bairo Alto and Chiado (subway/green and blue lines) and 10 min from Cais do Sodré (train) and Rato (subway/yellow line). Near the apartment you can find restaurants, banks, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery stores, bars, and all sorts of small shops. Bica is a very lively historical neighborhood with a lot of things going on. Lisbon beaches (Paredes, Carcavelos, Estoril and Cascais) 20 minutes by train.
